TERMS & CONDITIONS
- One voucher per transaction for a maximum of four general admission tickets.
- This promotion cannot be used in association with any other discount admission offer.
- Height, age and medical restrictions apply on certain rides and attractions, please refer to the Flamingo Land Resort website, mobile app and relevant signage for specific details.
- This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with overnight stays at the Flamingo Land Resort Holiday Village or at the Leisure Complex.
- Damaged, defaced, photocopied or vouchers purchased from third party vouchers will not be accepted.
- This voucher is not for resale and has a face value £0.00001p.
- The standard Terms of Admission of Flamingo Land apply at all times.
- Flamingo Land Resort reserves the right to withdraw it at any point without notice or reason.
- This voucher gives entry to the Winter Zoo, it does not allow entry to paid for/ticketed events including Christmas Passport or Sants’s Grotto.
- No change given.
- Bookings cannot be transferred.
- No refunds can be provided once the voucher code has been issued to you.
- All bookings must be made online in advance of arrival.

- Valid for one visit until 23rd March 2025.
- Tickets currently available on following dates: 30th November. 1st, 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th. 21st to 24th, 27th December to 5th January. Opening dates after this are TBC for Spring 2025.
HOW TO REDEEM
1) Visit www.flamingoland.co.uk and click the ‘Book Tickets’ icon.
2) Select the “Winter & Christmas at Flamingo Land” option.
3) Select the date of your visit.
4) Select the “Winter Admission for Adults and Children” option and enter the quantity of tickets you require. Please add in any children aged 3 years and under who are admitted free of charge. Then click “Next” and click “Add Items to Basket”.
5) If visiting on a Christmas date, you can purchase your Christmas Experience Passport and Santa’s Grotto session (this is an optional extra).
6) At the next stage, please enter your unique 16 digit discount code and click “Apply”, then click “Continue”. The Discount Code will apply a 100% discount for four winter admissions. Additional tickets and Christmas Experience Passports will be charged at standard rates.
7) Please enter your personal information and complete your booking, card details will be required for any additional paid tickets or Christmas Passports.
8) Please wait up to 30 minutes to receive your Flamingo Land E-Tickets by Email. Tickets can be printed in advance or shown on entry on your device or smart phone.
